[ WHAT ] “414, Whoa that’s my area code.” You bet it is. Cans is hosting a party for Milwaukee on a most ironic date, 4/14/11. This should be an extra special night at Cans though, instead of the petty top 40 playlist that frequents the eardrums of the usual Cans entourage Kid Cut Up and Chris V will be in the building spinning Hip-Hop and Electro all night. Also in the house will be local boutiques, Moda 3 and Project M with local clothing company known for their RUN MKE tee-shirts, Milrock. Come celebrate the spirit of Milwaukee with some spirits, local talent, and local goodies.

COMMERCIAL CUT

March 30, 2011

This is when MILROCK set off their “RUN MKE” black signature t-shirt in simple RUN-DMC fashion (opening red bar ontop, thick white lettering, then closing red bar on bottom), MILROCK hit the block running. Strictly rubber to pavement, no soft soled shoes here. They make a damn good product. They got the best people to rock it, and now MILROCK is just about everywhere. For only being in the apparel game as a whole for almost 7 months, MILROCK has done what many local fashioneers haven’t been able to accomplish in years of production.

They’ve gotten the word out.
